The single most important thing about custom headbands is how well the embroidery looks. A lot of times companies won’t even put much effort into the embroidery which is extremely scary. At SerTop we do just the opposite – we spend a lot of time on how well the embroidery of your custom headbands looks. If we don’t think it will look good we will be up front with you and talk about the different options for your custom headbands. Some people try and buy plain headbands in bulk and take them to an embroidery shop…this is usually not a very good idea. Our method consists of embroidering your logo onto the custom sweat headbands before we actually sew the back together. This is the best practice and we wouldn’t recommend any other way.
