I’m sure you’ve seen the lead singer of Metallica rocking out with his armband. Usually the black armband is about 4 to 5 inches and is worn on his forearm. Being a guitarist myself, I think this is an awesome accessory.

 

 

Then I realized, athletes wear these 4 inch cotton armbands just like the Metallica front-man. Everyone from basketball to baseball players wear the bands as a way to show team spirit and get rid of sweat. These 4 inch armbands can be bought plain or customized at online shops like STbands. Of course if you didn’t want to buy them, you could always get tickets to a professional basketball game. At the end players will usually throw accessories like armbands and finger bands out to the crowd. Be careful though, it will be drenched with sweat! :)
