U2, Coldplay, Killers launch (RED) Wire

Bono is a big time charity giver, who not only works with musicians to help fight HIV/AIDS, but also worked with big names like Bill Gates and Michael Dell. This time he and U2 are working with a whole host of musicians including Coldplay, the Killers, the Dixie Chicks, John Legend, R.E.M. and Bob Dylan. RED Wire is a new digital music magazine that will be distributed for $5 every Wednesday. It will include exclusive tracks from the listed musicians and also ways you can donate and help HIV/AIDS around the world.

Science Daily came out with an article today talking about the health benefits that upbeat music can have on your heart. Listening to your favorite upbeat music can have a good effect on your blood flow and vessels. They aren’t just saying this stuff for fun, they did a whole case study!!
