Eminem was clearly humbled to be able to introduce Run DMC into the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame. His speech has a poetic twist to it, after every paragraph, he would say “Two Turntables and a Microphone”. “They made me realize that you can write your own rules. Metallica, Run DMC to be inducted into the Rockin Roll Hall of Fame

With the success of their newest album “Death Magnetic” it only seems like the most appropriate time for Metallica to be inducted into the Rockin Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. Run DMC should have been inducted a while ago, but hey at least they did not forget about them. Set your calenders for April 4th. The Ceremony will be live on Fuse.
Stabbing At Urban Music Awards

MTV UK reports that one man was stabbed and two others injured at the Urban Music Awards on Saturday night. The award ceremony took place within the O2 arena. No more details are available at this time.

Coldplay tear it up at World Music Awards

Coldplay took the fire at this years World Music Awards, being named “Biggest Act of 2008″ and also “Rock Act of the Year.” Despite being the big winners this year, Coldplay was not able to make it out to Monaco for the awards ceremony. They are currently on Tour in the US and will be heading overseas within a few weeks.
