Chi Cheng of Deftones In Coma After Car Crash
On Monday Deftones bassist Chi Cheng was involved in a car crash in Santa Clara, CA. The details are slim, but frontman Cheno Moreno confirmed Chengs condition. “Chi is one of the strongest people I know, and I’m praying that his strength will get him through this,” Moreno added to the Deftones blog. The Deftones “Eros,” new album was due out spring 2009. Lets all keep Chi Cheng and his family in our prayers.

Doctors Optimistic For Chi Cheng of Deftones

Chi Cheng’s Doctors are optimistic that he will recover from the life threatening injuries he faced when we was involved in a car accident last week. Reports say that he has moved his lower lip and both of his legs responded after a tendon reflex test. There is no word on if the new Deftones
