How big is the role of music in this election?
Every 4 years it’s that time again, not time to vote, but time to listen… to your favorite musicians on who they support. No doubt they will go out of their way to get the nominee they want to win elected. One of the most politcal musicians is The Boss, dedicating tours to crush the competition. How much impact does music / musicians have on elections? Please contribute your responses below.

TMZ reported today that Bon Jovi is upset with the McCain Campaign for using his song “Home” at rallies and events. He, along with many other artists, call for them to stop using their music. I’m not sure if you can sue for this type of thing. It’s all about who owns the music, do

The new Fall Out Boy album “Folie A Deux” comes out on November 4th, which happens to be election day. Shocker right? Given the title of this post. Patrick Stump, Vocals/Guitar, told Billboard that “it’s a political record only insofar as anyone making music and paying attention to what’s happening will make a record tinged
